Everyone nowdays has a website, but most websites have no visitors, and are no use, because Google doesn’t see them 
My job is to promote my client’s website on a Google’s top search results and bring a traffic to my client.
Actually I haven’t done anything mystirious, I just followed my own internet marketing articles, and here we go, the flash website with 0 visitors got onto Google’s 1st page, with very competitive keywords - Hair Salon Baltimore.

My client’s website is highlighted blue, I don’t want to advertise it, since we terminated our relations. My client sincerely thought that I have to promote and maintain her endless requests for free.
I am sure that, after a month or two, she will lose her positions, and get back to a position where she was before. Let it be.
I have to notice though, that I have done only internal optimization, not external - there was no budget for that at all, but with external promotion - my client’s website would be 1st on most competitive keywords.
Bringing thousands of visitors monthly.

It’s not very hard to get first page for google especially for local businesses. Good Job Anyways.

Taking into consideration that it was only with “internal optimization”, no with external links at all, that’s is quite impressive for a website, that was ZERO, 6 weeks ago.
Pity that I couldn’t promote it more, externally, to get it on top
But that was fun anyway

Everything I did was - Internal optimization. It includes writing keywords inside of the page, and making cross links among the pages.
Adding external optimization would bring the website to top 3.

Is GOOGLE 1st as good as they claim it is? It almost sounds too good to be true. Has anyone ever done this

Hi… Your ideas surely seem to work as I tried what you suggested and find my page rank increase in google. It is true that a sudden increase can only happen with professional help like yours, a manual trial of the right keywords and bring you on the top of google… Joel

Not a bad accomplishment. I find ranking in Google fairly simple once you learn what to do. I can tell you though, unless your in spots 1-3 your not going to get any traffic. I have been in spots between like 5-9 before and didn’t receive a single visitor. Sometimes I wonder if Google rankings are “all that”. Most people say get on the 1st page, I say get in the top 3!!!
